Payments, Cancellations & Refund Questions
We will issue full refunds for cancellations requested before the start of programs. If your child does not enjoy their program for any reason, a request to cancel for a prorated refund may be made to [email protected] no later than 48-hours after the second class date. No refunds or credits will be issued after this time.
Family credits can be applied at check-out. If you do not see a credit listed, please email us at [email protected].
